Every year we review our offering to ensure the benefits package meets your needs.
Before you enroll in benefits,
follow these simple steps:
1: Review each section of the Perks + Benefits website to decide which coverage you are interested in and which option may be best for you.
2: View your practice's benefit costs for you and your family by downloading the corresponding rate sheets for your practice.
3: If you are enrolling a spouse or dependent for the first time, make sure to have their social security number handy as you will need this information to add them as a dependent.
4: Login to Workday to elect your coverage.If you’ve experienced a mid-year qualified life event that allows you to make changes to your benefit elections, please reference this resource on how to submit a qualified life event in Workday.
